The Historic Marathon Rally Group (HMRG) is an unfunded and voluntary organisation run by a committee of enthusiasts who aim to reunite historic cars and their crews from the era of Marathon Rallies and Classic Car Endurance events.
The HMRG attends various classic car events throughout the year, with Marathon cars displayed by those who are members of our informal network.
Anniversary events are held from time to time to bring enthusiasts and their vehicles together.

We are developing a Press Pack to advertise our forthcoming event at the British Motor Museum at Gaydon. WCR50+2 will be take place on 1 May 2022 52 years to the day that the original Daily Mirror World Cup Rally sent off from London to Mexico.
